Reconnect to Self – Yoga as a Self-Regulation Tool:

Yoga is much more than being flexible. Yoga is about finding your flexibility by coming up against your tension – not only physical tension, but mental-emotional tension too.

Yoga is a wonderful tool to explore your senses through movement and can help you connect to your body on a deeper level, creating awareness around your tension & holding patterns. This awareness can in turn help free your body & liberate your mind.

Lorraine loves to weave pranayama (breathwork), asana (movement), Savasana (relaxation) & Mantra (affirmation) on your mat to help bring you one step closer to body-mind integration & understanding yourself on a deeper level, so you can apply the tools and techniques that yoga teaches you off the mat.
