This is much more than a cooking class:  I am bringing you a unique masterclass that not only combines fabulous food with mouth-watering flavours & digestive healing properties. But also helps you to access the essential pathways within your body that are involved with digesting a meal. You will learn practical mindful cooking practices that help you to stimulate the essential vagus-nerve enabling to unwind and unlock your creativity from the kitchen, so you can switch on and rev-up those digestive juices.

Everyday we accumulate toxins both physically & emotionally, which can accumulate to impact both body & mind. If our toxic lifestyle becomes overwhelming we may suffer with stress & anxiety, IBS & gut-wrenching symptoms like bloating, sluggishness, tiredness etc.  Lorraine combines her naturopathic Nutrition expertise with her yoga & yoga psychology training to equip you with the tools to transform sluggish habits,  residual anger, guilt & shame into vitality, freedom & fun.

Lorraine creates innovative Gut Health trainings combining over 15 years as a Naturopathic Nutritionist with her Intuitive Cooking background & journey as a Yoga Teacher. She fuses together Nutrition Science, Eastern Medicine practices, Yoga, Meditation, Neuroscience, Psychology, & Intuitive Cooking through the senses.

She teaches clients how to adapt their lifestyle without compromising flavour & how to tap into the essential self-regulating side of their nervous system so they can heal on all levels.
